Immediate opening for a sharp, hourly based, multi-talented marketing/administrative person for a local Mortgage Team.
Do you enjoy talking on the phone, designing and implementing fun mailers/e-mails, managing multiple projects at one time, assist in video production, event planning, social media marketing, website building, and business to business relationship building? Is so, then this may be the perfect job for you.
A busy, fun-oriented mortgage office is looking to add the right person to manage and implement their various marketing campaigns. A great attitude, hard work ethic, and creative mind are required. Do not be concerned about your knowledge level of the mortgage industry - we will train.
Most important is the overall approach to taking the bull by the horns and supercharging the marketing for our growing office.

A typical day looks like this:
- Lead management.
- Database management in Salesforce.
- Manage emails and calendar.
- Inside phone calls or video calls to schedule appointments, update clients, call clients, and referral partners for friendly follow-up.
- Marketing to a database via handwritten cards, gifts, social media, calls, etc.
- Work on websites, outbound publications, event management.
- Develop, create, and carry through mailers to clients.
- Assist Loan Officer and team with various clerical functions.
- Update and manage marketing databases for new loans.
- Any other miscellaneous requirements to help support the team.
- This position requires a well-rounded individual who is not only creative but has no problem speaking on the phone, is very organized, and knows how to take charge of day to day tasks and projects. You must truly have a heart for loving on people and making them feel special. Three key words come to mind for this position: Humble, Hungry, and Smart.

- You must have experience in various facets of online marketing, website management, direct mail, direct e-mail, trade show management, public relations, press release writing, be comfortable on the phone and campaign management. Must have impeccable communication skills.
- This position needs someone comfortable around computers, has experience with SalesForce (or another type of CRM), Excel, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Office365, and is familiar with programs such as Canva, Snagit, Flickr, Trello, Asana, Slack and photo/video editing.
$17 per hour
