We are currently seeking someone to assist the Marketing Department in providing internal support for new and current Loan Officers and their marketing/advertising needs. You will also be responsible for learning and offering support to new and existing systems.
- Interact regularly with assigned staff to determine marketing and advertising needs
- Assist in creating and assembling marketing materials and communication projects
- Maintain awareness of inventory levels and notify the Marketing Manager when materials are needed
- Comply with Victorian Finance, LLC policy, as well as industry regulations
- Managing Outlook, scheduling meetings.
- Work REALTOR® events
- Assist REALTORS® with on-boarding to our systems
- Creative writing
- Social Media Management
- Content Creation
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum one (1) year related marketing experience
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Google files, and email automation
- Copywriting experience preferred
- Team oriented
- Attentive to details
- Verbal and written communication
- Quick learner
- Fast adoption of technology/web/internet
$17 - $19 hourly
