The Marketing and Administrative Manager is the leader of the administrative team for the Moscoso Group - KW.

Are you an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior back-office support by managing seller/buyer systems, internal databases and lead generation
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Create and distribute weekly listing status reports
  • Manage contract to close process
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials like brochures, renderings, Facebook Ads, Zillow and Trulia listings, video, and Website Design
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
  • Supervise and train all additional administrative team members
  • Develop and maintain all team filing systems (listings, contracts, legal, correspondences, etc.) and computer databases. This includes making sure that all reference material and forms are available and current.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all lead-generation and administrative team members.
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials like brochures, renderings, Facebook Ads, video and Website Design
Qualifications
  • An analytical mind capable for “out-of-the-box” thinking to solve problems
  • Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress and more
  • Utilizes effective problem solving skills in tense situations
  • Strong Team player with the ability to also work independently with little direction
  • Practices a client focused philosophy
  • 2+ years of administrative management experience required
  • Real Estate license preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Bachelor degree preferred
Compensation
$40,000 - $55,000 yearly
