Marketing Analyst

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for reporting across marketing functions. This person will interact with multiple stakeholders, work to understand the needs of each department and develop reports based on those findings. New opportunities to analyze, visualize, and communicate successes and challenges should be discovered based on an understanding of the company and independent research.


  • Analyzing marketing activities to uncover potential opportunities and optimizations throughout the customer funnel
  • Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable
  • Sort and analyze existing marketing warehouse data to create relevant marketing visualizations 
  • Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results
  • Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits, and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand
  • Measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing, and communications strategies
  • Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions
  • Analyzes A/B and Multivariate tests communicates results and provides recommendations


  • Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio 
  • Experience with analysis on multiple marketing mediums, ie: Ads and websites
  • Expert in SQL and understanding of Python
  • Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining
  • Working knowledge with CRM programs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask
