Carolina Family Estate Planning, an established and growing Cary law firm, seeks 1 - 2 motivated and organized high school or college interns for a paid internship.

Flexible weekly schedule of 8 - 15 hours. For the right candidate, this has the opportunity for expanded hours as part of a summer internship. 

This is a great opportunity to gain resume-building experience. We have resources to train and expand your skills in marketing a small business. 

There is an opportunity for bonuses or higher compensation based on the candidates' experience, responsibilities, and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
  • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current
  • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
  • Developing creating, and posting social media campaigns
  • Posting content to firm’s website
  • Assisting with preparation and promotion of events and seminars
  • Data entry
  • Light administrative duties such as printing, scanning, and document assembly
  • Keeping conference rooms cleaned and organized for client meetings
  • Running firm errands such as to the post office, office store, and food pick up
  • Other responsibilities based on need and experience
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will be organized, diligent, outgoing, able to work independently
  • Must have his or her own reliable transportation
  • Applicants must be comfortable with technology and should be proficient or able to quickly learn Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher


Compensation
$10 - $12 hourly
