We are looking for a talented Office Administrator with a Marketing background to support the Director of Operations with day-to-day real estate operations for a growing team.
We offer a fun, fast paced office, but with the fast pace comes the need to adapt quickly. Expect to be flexible, learn new programs, manage a CRM database that’s always growing and changing, take direction well and overall have a great attitude as you work alongside a successful real estate team. Use your talents and experiences to help continually launch this real estate team to the top of Social Media, Print Media, Partnership relationships and most importantly delivering 100% Customer Satisfaction every step of the way.
This role is a diverse, hands-on role and you will be expected to be a dedicated team player. We are looking for a difference maker who wants to play an integral role in supporting the business.
• Recent college graduate with Bachelor’s degree or current college student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, English or related field.
• Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Motivated team player, willing to work until work is done.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented, juggle multiple projects.
• Proficient on a MAC, Excel and Word, Online Social Sites, Google Docs.
