We are looking to add a full-time administrative assistant to join our growing team.
We re looking for an OUTSTANDING customer service professional!
The primary responsibility of this position is supporting our CEO, managing media company services, and helping assist with customer service of current clients.
- Running our media calendar for media services
- Assisting in social media promotions
- Following up with customers and accounts
- Helping manage multiple national accounts at once
- Printing contracts, coordinating new orders, processing, and onboarding new clients.
- Very outgoing with an A+ customer service approach
- Has a complete understanding of Time Management
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment
- Ability to multi task and work on multiple projects at once
- Able to thrive and work independently in stressful situations where challenges and urgent situations come up on a constant basis
- Able to use logic and problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- An organized approach and ability to work around distractions
- GREAT communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel,Adobe etc)
- Sense of humor and enjoys working with people
