Our Real Estate Investment company is looking to fill a Marketing Lead Responder / Office Administrative position position. Our Thriving Real Estate Investment company is looking for someone to answer incoming/outbound marketing calls and to provide office administrative support.
- Handle all incoming/outbound marketing calls, build a quick rapport with a caller, conduct a qualification, enter appropriate data into the computer, and then set up an appointment for the sales manager.
- Provide general office administrative support for the operations manager.
- Motivated, energetic, and friendly personality
- Enjoys talking and dealing with people on the phone
- Ability to speak well on the phone and to build a rapport with the caller
- Good general computer skills: data entry, email, spreadsheet, word processing, etc.
- Knowledge of general Salt Lake City area or willingness to learn it
- Good office admin and organization skills.
- Work well in a team environment
- Learn quickly and open to constructive criticism
- Positive attitude (a MUST)
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS, but NOT a must
- Work hours: 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday
- Can work extra off-hours and the weekends from home to earn additional bonuses
$30,000 - $35,000 a year plus bonus

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
We work mostly with homeowners who need to sell their property for one life circumstance or another. We also network with real estate agents and other professionals to acquire properties.
