We are looking for someone who understands all social media platforms at a high level. This is not a graphic design job, but a marketing and administration job. 

This person would be assisting the Director of Operations and CEO with administrative, financial and marketing tasks. They would report to the DOO.

  • Closing out checks
  • Depositing checks
  • Sending out postcards
  • Closing out client files
  • Ordering materials and office supplies
  • Paying bills
  • Occasionally running to homes for various tasks
  • Setting up postcard campaigns
  • Database organization and management
  • Creating training videos
  • Other administrative and office tasks
  • Calling past customers for review of agents/services
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Highschool Graduate (minimum)
  • Be smart and humble
  • Be looking for longterm career with upward mobility
  • Must not be afraid to call clients
  • Must not have a 'job' mentality, but a 'team' mentality
