Electrical and hydraulic assembly of power components for industrial equipment.
This position requires an applicant with experience in industrial hydraulics and controls. It is a hands-on position for building, wiring, and plumbing hydraulic power units.
Will train the right candidates with some of the required experience who also have high motivation. Be familiar with single-phase, 3-phase, 110V, 220V, 440V AC and 12/24/48V DC power systems. Be familiar with industrial controls, including transformers, contactors, relays, switches, and sensors. Experience with relay logic, solid-state drive controls, VFD, and PLC control systems is a plus. Will train the right candidates with some of the above experience, provided they have a high level of motivation.
The responsibilities include drilling and tapping, mechanical assembly, control panel building and wiring, wire and hose routing, plumbing of hydraulic components, testing and troubleshooting equipment. Job should be done in a neat, clean, professional, and efficient manner.
