Managing Real Estate Broker/ Expansion Partner

We are looking for real estate coaches, trainers, top producers, brokers, and managers

You get to be your own boss running your team/office as big or as small as you see fit.

We have a proven system for success and have already launched 5 locations around the US

EXP has over 500 talented people working in the cloud so you don't need to hire a large staff. Most of our locations are run by 1 employee or less.

Each location is growing by 5-10 agents a month with less than 20 hrs a week needed for the Principal to be in the office.

Our team is looking to find one or two talented individuals to fill this role. All training will be conducted on a 1-on-1 basis in your area, by our team of professionals, that will ensure your success. We will also have weekly and monthly coaching and accountability to ensure that you hit your goals.


The process:

First phone call appointment: 30 minutes - on this phone call, our Director of Growth will reach out to you and see if you’re a good fit.

Zoom call: 30 minutes - on this appointment, we will get to know you better and find out your individual goals and how we can help you achieve them, as well as a full overview of the entire project, goals, projections, logistics, scheduling, office space, location, recruiting, etc.

In-person appointment and office set up: At this stage, our Director of Growth will meet you and help you to locate an office for your team. We will also help you to fully onboard to eXp and our team as well as set up models and systems to help you to build your empire.

Weekly and monthly accountability: Each week, one of our two operating principals will have a 30 minute coaching call to ensure the you’re on track. Our entire team conducts monthly meetings where we will share new information, insight, as well as problem solving strategies.

  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
