You’ll oversee the entire real estate brokerage operation, build up your team of agents, and train them to be top performers. Responsibilities
  • Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage
  • Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers
  • Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in
  • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team

  • Managing and coaching all real estate agents
  • Working closely with our recruiting coordinator to grow the team by 20 agents
  • Supervising all employees
  • Directing lead generation and database management
  • Supporting the principal broker
  • Supervising state and federal contract compliance

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
  • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance
  • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
  • Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents

  • Valid New York State real estate license required
  • Prior management experience required
  • Prior real estate agent recruitment experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CRM software experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • The ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Attention to detail and well organized
  • A valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation – local travel required
  • Ability to work nights and weekends

Compensation
$100,000+ at plan
