You’ll be responsible for setting the sales strategies and objectives, identifying sales targets, and evaluating the team’s sales performance to help us achieve our sales goals. Responsibilities
  • Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful
  • Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
  • Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goals
  • Mentor your team, evaluate their sales performance, and help them improve
  • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
Qualifications
  • Previous business owner or 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success
  • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
  • Life and Health Insurance license
  • Willing to get series 6 & 63
Compensation
$75,000 - $105,000 at Plan per year
