We are seeking a progressive leader to fill the role of Managing Director in our Twin Falls, ID office.

As a Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties, you will hold the ultimate responsibility for the talent acquisition and production growth of each agent/staff member on your team. You will connect and build conversations within your community to lead to nurturing the culture of our organization. You will become the market expert, seeking out the top talent to join your office. You will be asked to build a talent acquisition strategy that creates a supply of leads along with a follow-up plan. The communication of our value proposition will be key in expanding your team. First-class coaching and mentoring will be offered with the expectation of growing others as well as yourself. Real Estate licensing is preferred but not required as a bonus to your personal growth. 

Responsibilities

Think you have what it takes? Here is what you will need to deliver:

  • Develop a Talent Acquisition plan that includes daily calls, connections, and appointments to meet the community of agents you would like on your team. Build a network of connections to agents within your MLS. Use our CRM/Trello to track and measure your results. 
  • Being a licensed real estate agent is not required, however, we require you to obtain your license within (12) months to better understand the fundamentals of what it is like to be one of our agents. 
  • Quickly implement a Business planning strategy with each existing agent in your office for production growth. Formulate a timeline for each agent with follow-up sessions on 3/6/12 months. Tools provided.
  • Build your Community Outreach Plan that connects you to other real estate-related business leaders as well as non-profits for collaboration, networking, and partnerships.
  • Establish and create partnerships with the Agent Services team to raise the visibility/marketing of your office. Build a plan for consistent engagement to represent the office through Social Media.
  • Build a plan for community involvement to establish yourself as a Distinctive Angel leader and as part of our Culture of Awesomeness.
  • Support company Wealth Builder features as it pertains to the vitality of your staff and agents.
  • Build your skillset as a coach for our Coaching to Confidence program. Participate and engage in the tools offered to become a recognized, effective coach for our agents/staff. Take part in weekly coaching/training with VP & Leadership.

Qualifications

Who you are and what you’ve accomplished:

  • You have at least 5-10 years of recent experience in sales, business development, and people partnership management. In addition to Talent Acquisition, Real Estate, Leadership Training, Coaching and or/mentoring teams.
  • You are a self-starter, have strong leadership, negotiating, and influencing skills, and have been managing success through a team for at least 2 years
  • You are outgoing, charismatic, love people, and building relationships
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to establish a consistent plan of action with results to grow people.
  • You have outstanding communication skills and are able to articulate your vision, strategy, ideas, and decisions clearly and succinctly
  • You have a willingness to understand, leverage, and build the numbers with analysis to create opportunities and maximize conversations on all your connections as you build your team.
  • You have used a CRM, or some form of tracking, to manage contacts. 
  • You know how to build a business plan and train and support others to achieve their goals.
  • You possess local knowledge and an extensive network to connect with as you build your team.

Compensation
$60,000 to $75,000 Base Salary + Bonus
