Responsibilities

We are looking for a real estate broker for our Texas expansion:

As a Home Bay Broker you are the key component in getting our listings sold and closed! 

On a day to day basis you are primarily doing two things. 

  • Handling in-bound leads, phone calls and some outbound warm lead prospecting. 
  • Responding to client inquiries and moving our client through the sales funnels. From the listing side the sales funnel starts after a sales agent has a signed listing agreement. On the buy side, the funnel begins when the sales agent has a buyer ready to make an offer on a property. 

As a Home Bay Broker you thrive on efficiency and good communication and you are a tech junkie. (or at the very least you pick up new and exciting tech fairly quickly!)

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively under the pressure of time
  • Ability to speak and write professionally
  • An active (or easily renewable) real estate license
  • Bilingual is a plus 

Compensation
$35,000 - $45,000 Plus Commission (Health Insurance Provided!)
