Large real estate office in the South Metro area (about 200 agents) is beginning to put out feelers for our next Managing Broker. We thrive on creating massive opportunities for our people, and our current MB is starting to get swamped with other businesses our ownership team has launched together, so it's time to start working on identifying his replacement. The next person in this role will have significantly more opportunities than just this role.

Our strong Productivity Coaching program (90+ agents in it) helps agents through their first 6 transactions. You would have the option to take another role assisting in this program, which also comes along with significant financial upside, or you could opt to let someone else continue to run that program and stay very part-time. If you choose to not be involved in the PC Program, you will NOT be expected to train new agents, but to be a backstop for contract higher-level questions, teach a monthly class on contracts, work alongside the current MB to transition, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers
  • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards
  • Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in
  • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale
  • Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team
Qualifications
  • Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage
  • Must have a managing broker’s license
  • 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
Compensation
$50,000 - $300,000
