Founder of a Modern Real Estate Startup, Seeks a Manager of Real Estate Business Systems

We are searching for a forward-thinking Manager of Real Estate Business Systems who’s up for the challenge of approaching real estate from a modern perspective. In this role, you will oversee all digital marketing initiatives, analyze metrics, and adjust marketing messages to micro-target your target market. You will also take a leading role in developing office systems and procedures to help the business scale. We're looking for a self-starter with a keen analytical eye who loves to collaborate. Location/commute: Delray Beach, Boca Raton
Environment: In traditional business office, business home office, and virtual on occasion
Type of employment/hours: Work is full-time, and generally follows the typical Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule with occasional flexibility on evenings and on weekends required. Most work is done during the work-day and work-week, but because customers may reach out or need to be communicated to at any given moment we want to be professional and respond within a limited amount of time. For that reason, there is also flexibility for candidates who may need to handle personal business during normal business hours.
Compensation: $30,000 -$45,000 in addition to revenue-goal based bonuses
Benefits: PTO, and a stipend for a percentage of healthcare coverage

You will be accountable for overseeing and improving all organizational, operational, and analytical aspects of the business, including:
• Digital marketing initiatives
• Contact management
• Automation, process and workflow
• Transaction/project management
• Communication with the various segments of customers, cooperating agents, and referral resources
You will lead the management and development of operational systems and procedures that allow the business to scale and leave competitors in the dust. We're looking for a fearless, tenacious, self-starting problem-solver, with a keen analytical eye who loves to learn, collaborate, organize, and wants to ultimately run the show. The Ideal Candidate
Real Estate industry experience is strongly preferred but not required. (While not required to start, you’ll need to obtain your license within a short period of time). You will have a lot of autonomy as to how you get your job done, but having the personality to take initiative to make positive change to existing systems is beyond a “must.”
We’re looking for someone who has fresh energy and is ready to hit the ground running. Our ideal candidate takes charge, is passionate, self-motivated, innovative, and quick-thinking -- someone who is always noticing small opportunities and making small changes every day all day. You must be ridiculously organized with an ability to manage and re-prioritize with an unwavering attention to detail -- especially when it comes to numbers and data - and love establishing systems and processes.
You are extremely comfortable importing, exporting, cleaning, and reorganizing data, both within and between platforms and programs. You understand and preferably have experience with creating, managing, and analyzing behavioral marketing data, and love to research prospects to find their information quickly.
While not required, if you have graphic design chops and have built websites then we definitely want to chat!
You are already familiar with the following:
• Working with CRMs
• Marketing Drip Campaigns
• Excel (manipulating data, formulas, data cleaning and grouping)
• Analytics in any platform
• Google Calendar
