Founder of a modern real estate startup, seeks a Real Estate Assistant/Digital Marketing Specialist!

We are searching for a forward-thinking Real Estate Assistant/ Digital Marketing Specialist who’s up for the challenge of approaching real estate from a modern perspective. In this role, you will oversee all digital marketing initiatives, analyze metrics, and adjust marketing messages to micro-target your target market. You will also take a leading role in developing office systems and procedures to help the business scale as you support Jonathan with his real estate sales. The Ideal Candidate
Real Estate industry experience is strongly preferred but not required. (While not required to start, you’ll need to obtain your license within a short period of time). You will have a lot of autonomy as to how you get your job done, but having the personality to take initiative to make positive change to existing systems is beyond a “must”.
We’re looking for someone who has fresh energy and is ready to hit the ground running. Our ideal candidate takes charge, is passionate, self-motivated, innovative and quick-thinking -- someone who is always noticing small opportunities and making small changes every day all day. You must be ridiculously organized with an ability to manage and re-prioritize with an unwavering attention to detail -- especially when it comes to numbers and data - and love establishing systems and processes.

Location/commute: Delray Beach, Boca Raton
Environment: In a traditional business office, business home office, and virtual on occasion
Type of employment/hours: Work is full-time, and generally follows the typical Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm schedule with occasional flexibility on evenings and on weekends required. Most work is done during the work-day and work-week, but because customers may reach out or need to be communicated to at any given moment we want to be professional and respond within a limited amount of time, establishing a thoughtful system. For that reason, there is also flexibility for candidates who may need to handle personal business during normal business hours.
Compensation: $30,000 -$45,000 in addition to revenue-goal based bonuses
Benefits: PTO, and a stipend for a percentage of healthcare coverage.

You will lead the management and development of operational systems and procedures that allow the business to scale and leave competitors in the dust. We're looking for a fearless, tenacious, self-starting problem-solver, with a keen analytical eye who loves to learn, collaborate, organize, and wants to ultimately run the show. You are extremely comfortable importing, exporting, cleaning, and reorganizing data, both within and between platforms and programs. You understand and preferably have experience with creating, managing and analyzing behavioral marketing data plus you love to research prospects to find their information quickly.
While not required, if you have graphic design chops and have built websites then we definitely want to chat!
