We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented financial expert with strong leadership skills to be our next Accounting Manager. This position must focus on the bottom line by monitoring internal control systems and making necessary changes to ensure profitability. You will be in charge of payroll processing, monthly forecasting, reconciling general ledger accounts, and creating an annual budget. The highly qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the daily accounting operations with the creation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets
  • Increase profitability by evaluating balance sheets, income, expense accounts, and recommended adjustments while preserving accuracy
  • Manage all phases of accounts payable invoicing, as well as manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable
  • Review the daily revenue activity list to ensure accountability, reconcile general ledger accounts, review any account discrepancies, and make corrections
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Quickbooks or similar accounting software

  • Experience working across multiple companies at one time
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks Online or similar accounting software
  • Must pass a background check

Compensation
$65,000 - $80,000 yearly
