Responsibilities

  • Lead your unit by setting goals for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets and overseeing training programs to make sure agents remain on track
  • Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
  • Mentor your team, evaluate their sales performance, and help them improve
  • Recruit agents and advisors

Qualifications

  • Previous business owner or 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success
  • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
  • Life and Health Insurance license
  • Willing to get series 6 and 63
  • MBA will supersede Industry experience

Compensation
$95,000 - $125,000 at Plan per year
