For our 18-month Management Fast Track Program, we’re looking for goal-driven leaders who are eager to build and develop their own unit of financial professionals. Entrepreneurial professionals who are destined to build and lead teams join New York Life with a vision for their career and a strong sense of purpose.

We are interviewing leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become Partners in our General Office.

Responsibilities

Successful candidates would:

  • Successfully complete a six-month intensive training priming you for success as an effective manager
  • Identify and recruit talented individuals daily
  • Mentor agents through varying stages of their careers
  • Learn how external and internal communities can drive your success
  • Develop your unique unit culture for your team to want to be part of

Qualifications

  • You may qualify for the program if you’ve completed your MBA within the past 24 months,
  • have management experience,
  • or have owned a business.

Compensation
$100,000 at plan commission
