Successful candidates would:
- Successfully complete a six-month intensive training priming you for success as an effective manager
- Identify and recruit talented individuals daily
- Mentor agents through varying stages of their careers
- Learn how external and internal communities can drive your success
- Develop your unique unit culture for your team to want to be part of
- You may qualify for the program if you’ve completed your MBA within the past 24 months,
- have management experience,
- or have owned a business.
