New York Life Partner (Recruiter/ Manager)

New York Life Insurance Company is looking to add qualified leaders to become part of our Management Fast Track Program. We are interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become a Manager in our General Office. Unlike other firms in the industry, New York Life Managers do not have personal production requirements. Their primary focus is on recruiting, developing and mentoring a team of financial professionals.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals
  • Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success

  • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success

Preferred but Not Required

·      Life Insurance industry experience

·      Business ownership or proven entrepreneurship

·      Knowledge of cultural markets

·      Bilingual

Compensation
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
