The Maitre D is responsible for the quality assurance of functions that he/she is assigned to.

• Required to seating/floor diagram
• Stand-up meetings with servers, bartenders and taking care of any and all needs of the guests and the main contacts of that particular function
• Must be able to interface with the culinary department, sales department and have a full understanding of BEO's and room sets

• Must be very detailed oriented and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible scheduling and weekends are a must
• 2 plus years of experience
