Compensation: $42,000 - $48,000 yearly, plus eligibility for annual profit-sharing bonus

• Address specified maintenance requests as assigned
• Schedule repair times and communicate with clients
• Record when repairs are completed and submit invoices to the office
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned

• Excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
• Advanced understanding of home construction details and repair techniques

• Must have your own tools
• Must have dependable transportation to the office. Company vehicle will be supplied for travel to jobs
