As one of the team you will be asked to have your own tools, and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include maintaining multi-family buildings, as well as common areas and various amenities.

Position responsible for assisting Maintenance Supervisor with upkeep and construction projects of all Association Properties.

Skills required include:

• Carpentry
• Painting
• Electrical
• Stucco
• Concrete
• Drywall
• Welding
• Ladder work/heights.
• Basic skills and associated troubleshooting of above

• Able to work outdoors for long periods of time, and be able to climb ladders and stairs
• Understand some basic skills and construction methods and know how to use some construction tools and equipment
• Must have graduated high school or has GED
• Display a strong work ethic, professionalism and teamwork, and a history of regular attendance at work and adherence to project schedules

• 2 years of trade experience; preferable in a multi-family environment
• Military experience is preferred, not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-starter
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean DMV record, and personal hand tools
