We are looking for an experienced maintenance tech to be part of a team that can wow our guests and property owners and have fun doing it. The job is a full-time hourly position with great benefits and may exceed 40 hours per week during peak seasons.

The maintenance team is responsible for proactive and reactive property maintenance and keeping our properties in excellent condition. You will be provided any tools and supplies needed, as well as a vehicle to carry out your job responsibilities effectively. • Ensure homes are inspected properly to maintain functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair, making notes and recommendations using company software systems
• Ensure detailed maintenance inspections of properties are done on a regular and scheduled basis
• Making minor repairs to properties as needed such as lighting, basic HVAC work, plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, doors/lock adjustments, and general handyman skills
• Utilize maintenance application for rental software updates; take pictures of broken items, review work orders, etc.
• Install, diagnose issues, and repair Audio/Video & WIFI

• Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
