This position will perform varied tasks associated with the overall maintenance and will report to the Artesia Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

40 hours per week, $14-17 an hour based on experience

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Handles general maintenance repairs including painting, lighting, paver repairs, and other clubhouse and ground repairs to ensure that Artesia is a clean, well-maintained community.
• Sets up and tears down event spaces.
• Power washes and cleans grounds and patio furniture.
• Ensures pool furniture is set up and does not block pool safety equipment. 
• Picks up trash and debris.
• Meets with contractors as needed.
• Works closely with the Artesia Managers, Board, and other team members to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Completes all tasks in a positive, professional manner consistent manner.
• Able to complete basic checklists and inspections as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This individual must be a self-starter, be able to think independently, and be able to multi-task. Bilingual is a plus. 

• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
• Reliable source of transportation
