We’re looking for a hardworking Part-Time/Weekend Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our guest requests for maintenance are being met, regularly inspect our building for any damage from weekend tenants, and conduct routine maintenance on our pool and public areas to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience, but most importantly, is eager to help our guests. • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned

• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and and electrical systems
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
