This is a leadership opportunity with a highly successful, multi-generational, family-owned cranberry and forestry production operation located in southern New Jersey. As a member of the leadership team, this individual will share the responsibility of all aspects of the operation, with a focus on equipment maintenance, repair and fabricating of new and existing equipment. This individual will work in conjunction with employees and management team members on daily task planning, execution, budgeting, short and long-term projects as well as any and all responsibilities of day-to-day farm operations.     

This individual will be responsible for:

• All equipment development
• Repairs and maintenance
• Workshop organization
• Parts and supplies
• Fabrication
• Building maintenance
• Material inventories
• Operation of all equipment
• Demonstrate the ability to perform all tasks related to the growing, harvesting, maintenance of cranberry and/or forestry operation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access, and farm applications such as GE Scada is preferred.

• Prospective candidates must have a current driver license
• Must be self-motivated with strong communication skills
