We are looking for an Maintenance Coordinator - someone who can identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize the customer service experience, while specializing in maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Must have administrative strengths - plan, organize and effectively handle day-to-day activities
  • Must have knowledge and experience in the area of general maintenance
  • Must have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to ensure seamless communication across company
  • Must listen and take direction well
  • Must understand problems and make timely, practical decisions regarding maintenance concerns and when dealing with customers
  • Must have effective time-management skills and must complete work independently
  • Must establish and complete challenging goals and is able to drive business forward with little supervision
  • Must be results-driven
  • Must be dependable and hard-working
  • Must perform well in stressful situations

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have maintenance experience (at least 4-6 years is preferred)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Must have experience in excel and word (or sheets and docs)
  • Some accounting and property-management software experience is preferred

Compensation
$28,000 - $40,000
