We're searching for a diligent and dependable office assistant to provide administrative support and data entry. You’ll be responsible for scanning and recording all incoming mail and faxes, updating the Firm calendar, and opening and maintaining client files. You'll also make court and bank runs and provide backup support for telephones and outgoing mail and faxes. Responsibilities
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
Qualifications
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
Compensation
$14 - $16 hourly
