The Job:

• We'll provide you with leads/accounts/opportunities; you need to win them over and get them to buy from you. No prospecting is needed!
• You will be responsible for building your book of business by qualifying, attaining, and retaining clients.
• Responsible for enabling the conversion of qualified leads into customers and assuring a further transition into a reference-able client
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer/client needs and objectives
• Keep clients happy – appreciate the opportunity and the business every time, and give great customer service.
• You must consistently acquire new clients and keep clients coming back for more trips through hard work and exceptional customer service.
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.

You:

• Have prior B2C sales experience, phone sales ideal
• You are Positive, Honest, and Trustworthy
• You have a clear understanding of Excellent Customer Service
