Our team is rapidly expanding, and we're searching for a Luxury Travel Advisor with experience selling luxury travel to Africa!

The Job:

• Create customized itineraries for the clients to travel to top luxury Africa Destinations
• We'll provide you with leads/accounts/opportunities; you need to win them over and get them to buy from you. No prospecting is needed!
• The position supports the organization's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, respect, accountability, and ownership
• Earn new clients – wow them, do what you say you're going to do, and make them want to come back
• Keep clients happy – appreciate the opportunity and the business, every time, and give excellent customer service
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders
• Surround yourself with only top performers; mediocrity doesn't last long at our company

You:

• Have prior B2C sales experience; previous phone sales necessary
• You are Positive, Honest, and Trustworthy
• You have a clear understanding of Excellent Customer Service
