• Must have a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience and a valid Real Estate License
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently and efficiently
• Experience using Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Have a customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for daily discipline, accountability, and time blocking 
• Ability to communicate effectively - orally and in writing
• Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Fast thinker and problem-solver
