Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities, in parallel with the Inside Sales Department, to create new business
  • Follow up on inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
  • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Conduct and win listing consults and guide your customers through the home selling process to meet their home selling goals while differentiating yourself as a true professional by offering unbeatable service to clients
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Build your business by serving customers generated by Andersen Group Realty and then through your own repeat and referral network

Qualifications

  • Professionalism is required. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself while also being a team player and being able to collaborate with others
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • 1+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry
  • Currently have Real Estate License in Massachusetts
  • This candidate will also have an in-depth knowledge of the area and current market conditions.

Compensation
$200,000+ commission based
