The Listing Coordinator will assist the Listing Manager through the home listing process from beginning to end. You will support the Listing Manager in preparation for the first initial meeting through the entire listing process. Act as a liaison between the seller, real estate agents, external vendors, and all other involved parties to ensure a high-end customer service experience. You will be a resource to clients, ensuring they are comfortable with the home selling process. 

A successful Listing Coordinator prides themself on having exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), strong organizational and project management skills, and very careful attention to detail. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, eager to learn, and flexible with quickly changing schedules. The Listing Coordinator will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, open-concept work environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

  • Manage seller transactions, from initial contact to executed contract, so agents and Listing Manager are free to help more customers
  • Foster client relationships and attend to their needs in a timely, friendly, helpful fashion; take ownership of handling any issues that arise for them, involving agent only when necessary
  • Serve as an additional point of contact in supporting the Listing Manager and liaison between the clients, vendors, and agents in order to coordinate all details needed to prepare a property to be listed on the market
  • Handle communication and questions from agents and sellers on listings and communicate with Seller on progress and timelines while providing weekly seller reports on showing activity and other relevant updates
  • Help with the administrative and marketing aspects involved with the home listing and selling process
  • Promotion of property via print and social media

Qualifications

  • Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
  • Highly organized with attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to follow processes
  • Professional and presentable with the ability to interact with customers face to face and handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism
  • Team player who demonstrates a sincere appreciation for others
  • Trustworthy, responsible, punctual
  • Social media marketing experience (and design) a plus
  • Reliable car and ability to commute into the office located in Winchester, MA

Compensation
$55,000+
