Stephen Wade is currently looking for experienced Lube Technicians to join our service department. Upon experience with our company and proven performance employees can become auto tech apprentices and the company pays for their training and certifications. The position comes with benefits that start the first day of the month after completing 60 days.

As a lube tech, you will be eligible for base pay and some commission on top of your hourly wage. You will have steady employment with the opportunity to learn and complete certifications that are recognized nationwide. If you pursue certifications, you will have the opportunity to grow within the company as part of our service department.

Candidates with no experience but auto shop classes completed will be considered.

THIS JOB IS IN ST GEORGE, UT. about 130 miles north of Las Vegas, NV.

• Change oil, filters, and fluids in vehicles as part of maintenance care
• Change tires, rotate tires, balance tires
• Inspect vehicles to identify other maintenance needs based on the vehicle condition and the manufacturer's recomendations

• Excellent dexterity and the ability to move and shift heavy and large appliances
• Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
• EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on air conditioners and refrigerators
• National Appliance Service Technician Certification (NASTeC) or associate’s degree from a technical or vocational appliance repair job training program and 1+ years experience in the field required
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, and efficient problem-solver
