LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensed in the state of Texas.

Responsible for oversight, direction, and coordination of all response program activities including advocacy, clinical support, consultation, referrals, and direct care to survivors of mass violence/crimes as direct victims, and/or family members, responders, witnesses, and indirect victims in the affected community at large. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.

Benefits
Full-time positions include 20 days PTO annually, 100% employee-only medical benefits, $65,000 life insurance, 3% annual salary match of retirement investments. Company phone and laptop provided.

Responsibilities

  • Half of the position time is spent in administrative duties to carry out the vision for services to the community as determined by the Mayor of Santa Fe and IA CEO, project staff orientation, training and oversight, and procedural processes. The other 50% of the time is spent in direct service activities to Santa Fe victims
  • Reports to the Director of Clinical Services
  • Confident leadership is needed to lead a team of psychotherapists, a training coordinator, a statistical analyst, and an intake coordinator
  • New location in Santa Fe, TX in need of experienced and trusted leadership under the direction of the CEO and the Director of Clinical Services

Qualifications

  • LPC licensure - REQUIRED
  • Clinical Supervisor
  • Minimum 2 years of successful program management experience
  • Certification or Training in Evidence-based treatment modalities of TF-CBT, CPT, PE, EMDR, TBRI, RPT, and/or DBT preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
  • LCDC a plus in dual licensure
  • Faith-based clinical training a plus
  • Proficiency required in all Microsoft Office products
  • Marketing and forming relationships with the community - Mandatory

Compensation
$60,000
