LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensed in the state of Texas.

Responsible for direct care to survivors of mass violence/crimes as direct victims, and/or family members, responders, witnesses, and indirect victims in the affected community at large. Additionally, sees insurance and sliding-scale clients. Performs all case management, represents IA at networking meetings. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Must be proficient in Microsoft office products.

Benefits

Full-time positions include 20 days PTO annually, 100% employee-only medical benefits, $65,000 life insurance, 3% annual salary match of retirement investments.

Compensation

$45,000 - $60,000 based upon experience, licensure, specialties, expertise, certifications, and insurance panels accepted

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Director of Clinical Services at the Corporate office in Clear Lake
  • Majority of clients seen will be at office in Santa Fe, TX

Qualifications

  • LPC licensure - REQUIRED
  • Clinical Supervisor a plus
  • Certification or Training in Evidence-based treatment modalities of TF-CBT, CPT, PE, EMDR, TBRI, RPT, and/or DBT preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
  • LCDC or another dual licensure is a plus
  • Faith-based clinical training a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
  • Community Networking is Mandatory

Compensation
$45,000 - $60,000
