Everything Creative Designs (ECD) has an immediate opening for a solution-oriented, organized, and experienced Logistics Coordinator who will prioritize customer care by allocating appropriate resources while maintaining company standards. This role draws a parallel with a skilled traffic controller; dispatching multiple teams, simultaneously communicating internally and externally, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in the process. As our Logistics Coordinator, you will be entrusted with being the connecting link between all the different departments that make the execution of our jobs a success.   • Populate and take ownership of our vastly detailed schedule in order to disseminate information to all staff members.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to meet scheduling goals and work to eliminate information cracks.
  • Prepare and organize job folders for accuracy of installations and removals.
  • Go above and beyond by taking responsibility for job flow and customer experience.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and assist with creating and revising processes, ensuring better efficiency and customer experience.
  • Maintain office operations within company standards and policies as well as offer support to the general staff/ team. 


  • A great conversationalist and email writer, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
  • Customer empathy. You empathize with customers and seek to solve problems from their perspective.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and an ability to adapt on short notice.
  • The organization is a habit for you and genuinely enjoy color coding and alphabetizing.
  • Aptitude for client customer satisfaction, de-escalation, and retention.
  • Knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs) and the technical aptitude to learn new systems. CRM experience is a plus.


  • Scheduling: 1-2 years
  • Administrative: 2- 3 years
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Real Estate industry experience is a plus!

$17 - $19 hourly
