Salaried Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent to join our team as a full-time Local Agent Rep for our home Acquisitions Department. Work 9 am-6 pm, 5 days a week, including one weekend day. Attend a two-week training in Woodstock GA and then work remotely (must live in GA).

• Participate in scheduled conference calls with home sellers.
• Explain inspection items, negotiations, and write contracts.
• Overcome seller objections, offer solutions, and help sellers understand the benefit of selling their home through a hassle-free process.
• Consult customers through the sales process.

• Licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work as a self-motivated, individual performer on confidential information.
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
