The Sire Hotel in Downtown Lexington is looking to hire a friendly individual for their Support Services position. This person shares the responsibility for all guests' first impression of the property while offering direction and assistance with their needs.   • Ensures a positive “guest first” attitude among team members and provides a friendly guest contact experience
  • Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests throughout the hotel, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures
  • Monitors parking lot for assurance of use by hotel and restaurant guests only and takes necessary actions to maintain a lot
  • Loading and unloading luggage carts or vehicles as needed
  • Escort guest/baggage to room as needed
  • Provides recommendations for local dining and activities to guests
  • Cleans any area anytime when directed
  • Assists with proper maintenance and repair if needed
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with the front desk to ensure all daily tasks and guest requests are completed


  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Must have a professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Must have a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours
  • Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally; must be able to lift 50 pounds to lift push or pull objects frequently

$13 - $15 hourly
