Our team is experiencing rapid growth! We are increasing our capacity by hiring an experienced mortgage loan processor for our highly productive and skilled lending team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the loan process, from acceptance of the purchase agreement through loan closing, while paying close attention to the compliance of current lending policies and regulations.   • Review Purchase Agreement and request appraisal, title commitment, and insurance.
  • Review loan profile and request income, asset, and other necessary documentation from applicant to prepare loan for Underwriting.
  • Review Conditional Approval and work with applicant and third party vendors to clear conditions and obtain Final Approval.
  • Work as a liaison between the applicant, realtors, loan officer, underwriters, and title closers to create a world class experience for the client.
  • Adhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies while preparing the loan file. 


  • FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loan product knowledge and mortgage lending experience required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of loan processing experience required.
  • Product knowledge and mortgage lending experience of Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, and MHFA financing required.
  • Accounting, finance, or business degree preferred - High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
