We are currently seeking an experienced and detailed processor to join our dynamic team. This is an in-office position. We are only considering local Long Island area applicants at this time to work out of our Melville office location.
The ideal candidate can quickly process files, collect documents and put together various data into our proprietary integrated CRM which has been redesigned and built on Salesforce.

Responsibilities
- Receive partially completed files from the managers and review all information, verify accuracy of the data and collect missing information to complete the final package for submission to our back office.
- Determine and identifies missing documents, incomplete applications, and assist with any collecting of necessary documents in order to complete transaction
- Prepare all documentation for the submission of final clearance.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with the company's policies before submission to the back office
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required - Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
- Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2+ years loan processing experience required
- CRM and Outlook experience
