We are seeking loan processor assistants. These should be highly motivated individuals with excitement and desire to learn about the mortgage industry. These individuals will thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, competitive environment. There will be an opportunity to learn the in's and out's of the mortgage industry and work with an amazing lending team! We look forward to possibly onboarding you to our team.

• Intake new files and transfer to our working pipeline
• Scrubb the file to assure all proper documents were submitted
• Order Verifications on new files
• Order Insurance on new files
• Order Title and Escrow on new files
• Register complete files with the chosen lender
• Follow up with the client on missing items
• Follow up with the client to sign initial disclosures
• Stay abreast of milestones on assigned files
• Assist processor on gathering client conditions
• Have an upbeat attitude while communicating with clients
• Thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment
