We are seeking loan processor assistants. These should be highly motivated individuals with excitement and desire to learn about the mortgage industry. These individuals will thrive in a high-energy, competitive environment. There will be an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the mortgage industry.
- Intake new files and transfer to our working pipeline
- Scrubb the file to assure all proper documents were submitted
- Order Verifications on new files
- Order Insurance on new files
- Order Title and Escrow on new files
- Register complete files with the chosen lender
- Follow up with the client on missing items
- Follow up with the client to sign initial disclosures
- Stay abreast of milestones on assigned files
