We have built an amazing community of loan officers and are looking for a highly energetic Member Engagement Manager to ensure the long-term retention of our clients. You will work directly with our community members to make sure they are accessing the tools they need and find out how we can improve our products and services in order to retain their business.

You must have excellent customer relations skills and a passion for sales and growth. You will improve our sales by providing valuable feedback and addressing small issues we didn’t even know existed.

• Assist in developing and systematize engagement strategy
• New member on boarding
• Meet with the sales and ops teams to propose customer retention solutions
• Build relationships with members
• Provide member support services
• Enhance member engagement by ensuring members understand the full benefits of their membership
• Drive the creation and implementation of new engagement ideas and strategies
• Other duties assigned by manager

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years’ experience in similar role
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Clearly displays high level of energy and passion for helping people
• Impeccable ability to create rapport
• Empathy and patience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho)
