• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
• Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
• Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines
• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large

• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
• Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
• Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
• 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability

• Must be licensed in MA, NH will be set up as needed
• Must have more than 3 years of experience originating mortgages
• Must have your own client list and the ability to create your own referrals
• Working knowledge of salesforce would be helpful
• Must be able to stay licensed annually, and take updated BSL/AML training quarterly/semi-annually
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college is Not required. Great attitude, experience, and willingness to always be caring for your clients, learning and mastering this business is an absolute must. You cannot let your skills get outdated
