The Loan Officer Assistant works side-by-side with the Loan Officer to ensure everything is ready to close on a loan. 

The main focus is working our “6-7-1 Process” with all the internal departments ensuring on-time closings.

Responsibilities

• Warm, engaging and inviting personality

* Review loan application to provide needs list for underwriting submission

• Obtains all required documentation from borrower

• Complete submission checklist

• Enters and upload all required information and documents into PCLender (Loan Origination System)

• Order initial loan estimate disclosures

• Order the appraisal

• Processes and responds to all incoming communications

• Coordinates with processor to secure all follow-up conditions are received timely to ensure date timelines are met

• Coordinate with escrow to confirm signing appointments are set and closing are completed on scheduled closing date

• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients

• Provide marketing support

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant administrative and/or sales support experience

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality  

• POSITIVE AND FRIENDLY ATTITUDE 

• Problem solving ability 

• NYS MLO License - will assist in obtaining

 
Compensation
$45,000 - $75,000
