• Make client calls on a weekly basis (50-100 calls per week)
• Update marketing database to manage lead tracking in CRM Database
• Send out notecards, emails, texts to clients and referral partners
• Follow up with potential clients
• Post occasional social media content
• Add potential new clients to marketing campaigns
• Assist Loan Officers with obtaining disclosures in a timely manner for clients in process and ordering Verification of Employment, insurance quotes, etc)
• Complete final file checklist and sales submission form- includes ordering appraisals, title, homeowners
• Submit files to underwriting

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
• BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
• Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
