We're looking for a detail-oriented, positive team player to assist with coordinating and verifying information on loans in the pipeline. The Loan Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with third parties to collect all required loan documentation, reviewing said documentation and submitting loans to underwriting. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. • Act as a direct liaison between internal Operations and Business Development teams to complete loans.
• Assess loan upon receipt to identify which documents are required in order to close.
• Contact third party organizations to collect documents required per loan, including but not limited to: Title orders, appraisals, verification of employment and other outstanding conditions.
• If outstanding documents are not received, follow up with necessary parties.
• Manage requested documents across multiple loans at one time.
• Review all required loan documents to submit to underwriting.
• Ensure all required closing documentation is present to schedule closing.
• Update loan files, mortgage software platform and tracking system.
• Additional responsibilities related to shifting business needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Team-oriented, adaptable and accountable
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects with multiple deadlines
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, or the ability to learn systems quickly
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
